At Top Barn Timber Frames, we create handcrafted oak and timber-framed buildings that blend timeless beauty with modern performance. Each frame is individually designed, using traditional mortice and tenon joints and handmade oak pegs, ensuring exceptional strength and character.
Based in Lincolnshire, we’re a family-run business working across the county and expanding into Rutland, Nottinghamshire and the Humber region, helping homeowners add warmth, style and long-lasting value to their properties. If you are based outside of these areas we can still work with you to design and fit your frame and any face glazing, but will not be able to supply the surrounding trades as a full turnkey solution.
We work with our customers from concept designs to full project completion in order to get the best solution for their requirements, whether that means a complex design or hitting a budget. We understand that people’s homes are their personal space and therefore bespoke to them and their requirements, meaning no two of our frames are the same.
